Use elevators or escalators and go to the 1st floor.

Stand by at the designated baggage carousel

Pick up your luggage and confirm that its yours.

• Lost baggage

  When your bag is missing, please proceed to the lost baggage counter for assistance.

• Oversize baggage

  Oversized baggage must be retrieved at the oversize baggage carousel.
