Foreign Airline Carriers: Operations begin 2 ~ 3 hours prior to departure
After arriving at the airport, check the check-in counter (A~M) for your airline carrier at the flight information monitor on the 3rd Floor, Departure Floor. Afterwards, proceed to the check-in counter and complete check-in procedures.
Passengers with no baggage to check-in can use check-in counters for passengers with no baggage to expedite check-in procedures. There may be differences in service according to the airline carriers, so please check beforehand.
Internet Reservations: Passengers who purchased tickets online may check-in at the e-ticket check-in counter for faster services. Different airline carriers may have different services so please call the airline to confirm.
There may be a difference with the services provided depending on the airline so please contact the carrier for details.
Passengers who have completed check-in at the City Air Terminal (Samsung, Banpo) may proceed directly to the security clearance located on the side of the departure area of the Passenger Terminal and go to Immigrations.
Procedure: Enter towards side of Departure Area -> security screening -> Immigrations for City Air Terminal Passengers -> Proceed to Boarding Gate -> Boarding
