Global premier Delta Airlines newly opens the Incheon-Detroit route on June 02, 2010.
Detroit, being the regional air travel hub in the mid-eastern region in U.S., will be linked only by Delta Airlines
from Korea.
Flight to Detroit by Delta Airlines will depart Incheon five times a week -Tue., Wed., Thur., Sat., and Sun. -
in 271-seated B777-200. Departing at 17:35, the flight will arrive at Detroit at 18:00. And the flight departing
Detroit at 12:30 will arrive at Incheon at 15:20 on the following day. Total flight from Incheon to Detroit will take
about 13 hours in direct air trip, which saves approximately 7 hours on board in comparison with traditionally
stopping air routes.
Delta Airlines officially launched the Incheon-Detroit flight on June 02 at 4:00 p.m. at Incheon Airport Gate 113
following the launching ceremony with Jeffrey Bernier, Managing Director of Pacific Sales and Affairs and
other officials present.
