IIAC, jointly with Seoul Regional Aviation Administration and Air Control Center, organized the 2010 workshop
on ATS QA (Air Traffic Services Quality Assurance) on June 08 at HR Academy with 80 professionals
attending. With the aim of further enhancement of air traffic services and provision of accident-free services,
the 2010 workshop was programmed with in-depth theme presentation and discussion sessions regarding
quality management. During the workshop, those in air traffic services exchanged their experiences on the
airport's "as-is" and "to-be." Song, Jong-Sun, Vice President of Airside Division at IIAC said "Theme
presentation on the evaluation system for aviation English command skill was another achievement for us to
develop balanced perspectives on how we can identify gaps and further improve the evaluation system."

With the recent workshop marking the sixth, the workshop will become an annual event to promote info-
sharing and close networking amongst air traffic services-related organizations and airport operators.
