Incheon Airport Becomes the World's 1st Airport Listed in the 'Roll of Excellence' Program!!
Incheon Airport made a splendid achievement of being listed as the world's best airport in the 'Roll of Excellence' program inaugurated by ACI (Airports Council International), which is a consultative forum of more than 1,700 airports around the world.
In recognition of its contribution to the improvement of airport service quality as the world's best airport selected as such for 6 years in a row (2005~2010) among over 1,700 airports around the world in the airport service quality assessment, Incheon Airport was listed in the 'Roll of Excellence' by the 2011 ACI World Conference held in Marrakesh, Morocco on October 2 (20:00 October 1 in local time).
ACI selects and announces top 5 airports every year in reference to a survey conducted on 250,000 airport users in 34 domains related to airport operation per each of the 14 categories, including the world's best airport in the comprehensive category, 5 in passenger count, 6 in each region, 1 in small airport having 2 million or fewer passengers and 1 in service improvement excellence categories.
In addition to the achievement of being selected as the world's best airport for 6 consecutive years from 2005 to 2010, Incheon Airport was also picked as the Best Airport in Asia-Pacific and the Best Airport - 2.5 million to 4 million passengers.

In addition to Incheon Airport, Chek Lap Kok Airport was selected in the Best Airport by Size category and a total of 14 airports in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, and Africa were selected in other categories.
In the meantime, in the ACI World Conference, Incheon Airport was finally selected as the host of 2014 ACI World Conference to be joined by the stakeholders of airport sector worldwide in recognition for its efforts and reputation and signed an education and training MOU with the Morocco's Civil Aviation Authority to develop and operate joint training programs between mutual training agencies and promote business cooperation between the Incheon Airport Human Resources Academy and the Morocco's Academie Internationale Mohammed Vi De L'Aviation Civile (AIAC).
