An event called ‘Incheon Airport Tour Guide Day’ was organized by the Airport and national airlines at the Airport’s passenger terminal on August 22, for a second year.

This year, with the support of the Visit Korea Committee, Lotte Duty-Free and Shilla Duty-Free, a variety of programs have been added to the event including an award ceremony, gift presentations and a raffle for tour guides participation and delight.

During the event, tour guides with a higher frequency of using the self check-in kiosks counted by Korean Air and Asiana Airlines during the summer peak time of July 21 to August 19 were presented with a golden key and international flight tickets, as a way of expressing gratitude to tour guides who made a noteworthy contribution to the efficient process of immigration
