User Information
- The Incheon International Airport Lost and Found Office handles various items found and lost at the airport. It is currently run by the Incheon International Airport Police Corps and Incheon International Airport Corporation.
- Found items (excluding ID cards, passports, mobile phones, and food) will be kept for the legal period of 6 months and, after 3 months, transferred to the national treasury or disposed of. Food items will be disposed of on the same day or one week later.
- Foreign passports will be kept for one month from the date of discovery before being transferred to the respective embassies. Korean passports will be transferred to the Passport Service Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Incheon Airport the day after discovery.

Processing Procedure

Losing an Item
(within the passenger terminal)If you lose an item at Incheon Airport (excluding on an aircraft, airport bus, or airport railroad, for which you must contact the respective organization).
The customer should directly inquire about lost items at the Lost and Found Office

Lost Item Found
(within the passenger terminal)Terminal, Concourse, or Transportation center Items lost and found within public areas, curbside, and parking areas.
The Lost and Found Office staff will register the item information on the National Police Agency’s Lost and Found Portal (Lost112).
The owner should verify their lost items from the registered information.
Claiming in person
Claiming by proxy
If the lost item is not claimed within six months
it will be sold, disposed of, or donated
(according to the Lost Property Act).

- It is important to verify your lost items first. Before anything else, please contact the Lost and Found via email or phone to check if your item has been registered.
