제1여객터미널에서 제2여객터미널 가는 방법
제1여객터미널승차장은 3층 중앙 8번 출구이며 배차간격은 약 10분, 운행시간은 05시~23시입니다. 제2여객터미널까지의 이동거리는 15km이고, 이동시간은 약 15분소요됩니다.
제2여객터미널에서 제1여객터미널 가는 방법
제2여객터미널승차장은 3층 중앙 4,5번 출구 사이이며 배차간격은 약 10분, 운행시간은 05시~23시입니다. 제1여객터미널까지의 이동거리는 18km이고, 이동시간은 약 18분소요됩니다.

제1여객터미널과 제2여객터미널의 셔틀트레인을 타고 탑승동으로 이동합니다.

Passport
  • In the case of lost or stolen passport during travel, visit the closest embassy or consulate general to report a loss passport and receive a travel certificate or a temporary passport
  • In the case of a damaged or tampered passport, you might be prohibited from getting a boarding pass or traveling abroad. Please reissue your passport.
Visa
  • Contact the destination country’s embassy in Korea regarding visas.
  • Korean nationals may enter countries that have signed the “Visa Exemption Agreement” with Korea.
  • Electronic travel certificate is required to enter the U.S. (ESTA) and Canada (eTA), and to enter the U.K., you must have your photo ID, proof of employment, return flight ticket, lodging information, and travel itinerary.
International driver’s license
  • Those who wish to drive a car in a foreign country may have their international driving permit issued at Passenger Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport and local government offices in Korea. Please refer to the website of the Road Traffic Authority for more details.
Travel safety information

Anyone found travelling to Level 4 travel-ban countries is punishable under Passport Act Article 26 and subject to up to 1 year of incarceration or paying up to 3,000,000 KRW.

    • aircraft departure being delayed by airport closure or weather related issues
    • inevitable emergency landing by aircraft failure or hijacking or medical emergency
  • Layover passengers who leave the bonded area for tourism and come back for departure within 24 hours
    (NOTE : Required to show a single 'e-Ticket itinerary&Receipt' included all flights in one form with payment history of Layover passengers Fee BP 10,000KRW.
    *Separate ticketing or Round trip is not covered by this exemption)

In the case that the fees have already been included, passengers with a diplomatic passport (except for when GTR is issued) and layover passengers who leave the bonded area for tourism and come back for departure within 24 hours can visit the Refund Counter, Shin-Han Bank/KEB Hana Bank/Woori Bank exchange desk) for a refund. For all over exemptions, the fee is already excluded from airfare.

For a refund, present: diplomatic passport, e-ticket receipt (with Tax details), boarding pass, Entry-Confirmation.

  • National Basic Livelihood Act beneficiaries as defined by National Basic Livelihood Guarantee Act Article 2 (Beginning 2017.6.1)
