Sinc e its inception in 2008, Incheon Airport Aviation Academy (IAAA) has taken an active role in fostering the next-generation of aviation leaders from around the world. Our broad spectrum of training programs ranging from ACI-I CAO-IATA certified courses to customized courses helps participants tackle real-world issues they may face in the field. IAAA's courses aim to build participants' capacity to become competent aviation experts through in-class sessions, workshops and field visits with a view to sharing practical knowledge, best practices and case studies. As an internationally certified aviation training institute, IAAA offers a wide variety of quality programs to fit the needs of the aviation industry.
As of 2023, IAAA is the first training center in the Asia-Pacific region certified by three globally-renowned aviation organizations : Airports Council International (ACI), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Until today, IAAA has trained over 10,000 aviation personnel from 150 countries across the globe.
After becoming the world's first training center to join the membership of the ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS programme in March 2011, IAAA was designated as the first qualified institute in the world to participate in the dual ICAO-ACI recognition programme in 2022
