Calculation of annual rent

• Pay the sum of annual rent calculated below every year no later than the deadline set by IIAC
  • Leased facility-specific annual rent (annual prepayment) : Leased facility's annual rent unit price (KRW/㎡,including VAT) × leased area(㎡)
    ※ For monthly payment, the agreement party shall pay an annual interest of 6%
  • Payment deadline: Designated date (annual prepayment); 25th of every month (monthly payment)
